Our lab has two major research directions :
- At the single-cell level, we are investigating how signaling wiring diagrams give rise to spatial organization.
- At the cell-population level, we are investigating the role of cellular heterogeneity in mammalian physiology and disease.
Our investigations tightly couple experiment, image-based analysis, and mathematical modeling.
