Privileges at Other Libraries

If you are a currently enrolled UT Southwestern student or currently employed UT Southwestern faculty or staff, you may be able to have access to other libraries in Texas.

Students, faculty, and staff may be able to have access to libraries that are members of TexShare. Bring your UT Southwestern ID Card to the south campus library Information Desk to get a TexShare Card. A UT Southwestern Library Card is also required. For more information call 214.648.2001.

Contact each TexShare library to get complete information on:

• The library's hours
• How to get to that library
• What privileges and responsibilities you will have at that library

A list of TexShare libraries, which includes library lending policies and contact information, is available.

Remember, the rules, procedures and due dates are set by each library, and you are expected to honor their policies. You are responsible for returning borrowed materials to that library and covering any related fines or fees.
