The Library's search service is available at no charge to all faculty, staff, and students of The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, as well as staff of Parkland Health & Hospital System, Children's Medical Center, UT Southwestern University Hospital - St. Paul, and UT Southwestern University Hospital - Zale Lipshy. In the rare case that a charge may be incurred, you will be contacted prior to performing the search.

The Library does charge a fee to provide this service to local healthcare professionals. Please view the charges table for more information.

If you wish to discuss your search with a Library Searcher, call and leave a message at 214-648-2003 during the Library's hours of operation. A Library Searcher will call you back to discuss your research needs. Please be aware that Library Searchers are only available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you need information for a clinical emergency outside of these hours, please call the Information Desk at 214-648-2001.
