Blogs in Health and Medicine Guide
Introduction

Topics

The term "blog" is used to describe a Web log or personal transcript where an Internet user posts commentaries, editorials, and other facts. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order and are usually formatted in a journal entry. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

There are subject-specific blogs, including many medical blogs. This guide includes a selected list of medical blogs that might be useful to faculty, staff, students, residents, and fellows of the UT Southwestern Medical Center and its affiliated institutions.

More information about medical blogs and how to use them may be found by viewing the following posts.
