The Rules and Regulations contained in Parts One and Two are those which are adopted by the Board of Regents and which apply generally to the entire University of Texas System. The Regents' Rules and Regulations differ from each component institution's rules and regulations which are promulgated by the chief administrative officers of the component institutions and entitled Handbook of Operating Procedures for (name of institution).
