The Texas Administrative Code (TAC) is a 16 volume compilation of all adopted rules that are in effect in the State of Texas. Each volume is called a Title. Each Title contains a group of state agencies that have jurisdiction over similar areas. Within each title, each agency has a designated part number and chapter numbers unique to that Title.
