Library Staff—Jeff Perkins

Library Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems with electronic resources arising from subscription, licensing, or access-related technical issues
• Participate in the implementation and continued development of the electronic resource management system (ERMS)
• Provide administrative support for electronic resources by working with vendors, consortia reps, subscription agent, and other Library staff
• Collect and analyze data related to electronic resource usage, interlibrary loan requests, and collection feedback for use by the Collection Development unit
• Edit Library publications
