Library Responsibilities:

Develop services that further the mission of the Library
Establish goals and implement programs that meet the needs of Library clients
Lead, support, and encourage unit staff members in implementation of programs and services that meet client needs
Identify and develop Liaison and Outreach opportunities throughout campus community
Collaborate with campus departments to promote Library resources, services, and 24/7 access options
Assess campus community information needs and promote Library resources and services that meet those needs
Assist Library units and staff in planning and developing services and resources to fill “unmet” information needs
Create strategic plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for unit operations in conjunction with other Library units
Develop and direct centralized promotional services and resources for Library
Advocate professional and personal development opportunities for unit staff members
