Library Responsibilities:
- Manage the Information Desk and its staff
- Coordinate the provision of excellent customer service to UTSW staff, faculty, students and other Library clients
- Coordinate, review and update Library circulation and usage policies
- Collect usage statistics
- Resolve Library-related client issues
- Work with University Security and Police to provide a safe environment for Library clients
- Serve on the Library Management Team, the Web Content Team (WCT) and the Information Resources Development Team (IRDT)
