Driving Directions

• From I-35 (Stemmons Freeway) exit Motor Street.
• Go East on Motor Street (passing Children's Hospital on your left).
• Turn left on Harry Hines Boulevard.
• Go to 5303 Harry Hines (located just to the North of Parkland Hospital)
• Valet parking is available by driving into the circular driveway/entrance.

Preparing for your appointment

• Bring copies of your recent medical records including records of other treating physicians, x-ray reports and laboratory reports.
  You may choose to have your physician's office fax those records to us prior to your appointment. The fax number is 214-645-2301.

• Hand carry to your appointment x-rays, CAT scans, MRI scans and/or angiogram (arteriogram) films which pertain to your problem as well as your records if not sent previously.
  
  It is very important that our doctor has the actual films to review, not just a copy of the radiologist's report.

• Consider writing down your questions prior to coming for the appointment and having a family member come with you to assist in reviewing the recommends for your case.

Patient Services

In order to ensure that your visit to our facility is as comfortable and convenient as possible, we have Patient Representatives Ambassadors available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Arrangement for wheelchairs or other special assistance can be made by calling Patient Services at 214-645-2393.

Lodging

Several hotels located near UT Southwestern Medial Center provide discount rates to patients and their families, and some offer transportation to and from the medical center. A list of hotels offering special lodging rates is available from Patient Services at 214-645-2393..
