* Acute care and ambulatory primary care rotations may not be offered during periods 6 and 7 unless otherwise noted in the description.
NOTE:

All courses taken which are not listed in the elective catalog or on this list must have PRIOR APPROVAL before you take the course - approval forms are in the Registrar's office. This restriction includes all off-campus courses and research done for credit. You may not take more than TWO courses in the same COURSE CONTENT, i.e., no more than 2 Orthopedics courses (and they must be at different campuses or hospitals - you cannot take Orthopedics here at Southwestern twice for credit). This restriction does not preclude taking multiple, separate courses in a discipline provided the courses have different course ID's.  We must also receive a grading or assessment form from the course director for you to receive credit.
