Restricted Internet Applications

A valid Student & Alumni Affairs Universal Login is required to access secured applications sponsored by the Division of Student and Alumni Affairs.  This division includes the offices of Admissions, Alumni Affairs, Registrar, Student Activities, and Student Financial Aid.

Students who applied for admission via one of the web-based applications were assigned a unique login and password at that time.  That information continues to be valid.  However, students were instructed to change their assigned passwords to one that could be easily recalled in the future.  The new password would be the valid one.  (Hint:  The login for prospective and current students involves a combination of your name and year of entry at UT Southwestern.  Alumni who graduated prior to 2000, were assigned a login that involves a combination of your name and year of UT Southwestern graduation.  Alumni who graduated 2000 and beyond use the login assigned as a student.)

If you cannot recall your Student & Alumni Affairs Universal Login or password, please contact the Office of the Registrar (214-648-3606) for the appropriate information.   Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.  The office will be closed during official UT Southwestern holidays.
