Listed below are the persons you should contact in each department to receive an application or further information on electives at UT Southwestern Medical School. It will probably be May before the departments will know what openings are available for the next academic year after UT Southwestern students are scheduled. You will be required to pay $25.00 for each course taken. You will also be required to have proof of immunizations and malpractice insurance from your school prior to enrollment. When you arrive on campus, you must register immediately. Registration forms are available this website at http://www2.utsouthwestern.edu/stuaff/stuinfo/0203/VisitingStudentApplication.pdf, from the department, or from the Registrar's office. We have no campus housing for visiting students.
