The Tallquist lab provides a rich, dynamic training atmosphere for scientists of all levels. Not only will you become familiar with many techniques that are used to understand the function of genes in organisms, but you will also receive training in the process of scientific thought. Our laboratory participates in several group meetings including a Development and Disease Joint Lab Meeting and a Vascular Biology Journal Club. Past lab members have been placed in medical school, medical scientist training, academic, industrial, and graduate programs.
