Ward Lab

Graduate Student Positions

Our laboratory is highly multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary. We have had graduate students in many disciplines carrying out research projects, e.g. immunology, antibody and protein engineering, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering and computer science. The home campuses of our current and past students have been UT Southwestern, UT Dallas and UT Arlington. The laboratory provides an excellent environment for students from different backgrounds who would like to carry out interdisciplinary research related to the development of therapeutics for cancer and other major diseases. We also have a major emphasis on bio-engineering approaches, including signal and imaging processing, instrument development for highly advanced microscopy applications and development of highly complex software for image and data analysis.

Sally Ward is the track coordinator for the Biomolecular and Protein Engineering Track in Biomedical Engineering at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Please email wardlab@utsouthwestern.edu for any information of how to join our laboratory as a graduate student in any of the disciplines of immunology, antibody and protein engineering, cancer biology, biophysics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science.
